Shipping Policy
At Makers Mantra, every item is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made by artisans, please allow for processing time before shipment. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. During peak seasons or for custom items, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic & International
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- -Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- -Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- -Sale items may only be exchanged, not refunded.
- -Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@makersmantra.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 - 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
