Products

Are all products handmade?+
Yes. Every item in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and part of what makes each item unique.
What materials do you use?+
We use a variety of high-quality, sustainably sourced materials including organic cotton, natural dyes, reclaimed wood, and handmade ceramics. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom order?+
We offer customization on select items. Please contact us with your requirements and we will let you know what is possible. Custom orders typically take 2 - 4 weeks to complete.

Ordering

How do I place an order?+
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping takes 5 - 7 business days after processing. Processing typically takes 1 - 3 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?+
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized items are final sale. See our full shipping & returns page for details.
How do I start a return?+
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions within 1 - 2 business days.
What if I receive a damaged item?+
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my handmade items?+
Care instructions vary by product and material. Specific care guidelines are included with each order. Generally, handmade items benefit from gentle handling, hand washing when applicable, and storage away from direct sunlight.
Are your dyes colorfast?+
We use high-quality natural and eco-friendly dyes. We recommend washing colored items in cold water separately for the first few washes to prevent color transfer.
