Our story

Small things,
made carefully.

Makers Mantra is a small shop for hand-embroidered tees and a few considered pieces for the home — brought together from a circle of independent makers we trust.

01

How it started

Makers Mantra started as a small list of names — people whose work we'd come back to again and again. Embroiderers. Block printers. Stoneworkers. Folks who had been quietly making things for years without anywhere good to send them.

Rather than open another store filled with everything, we decided to keep the list short. The collection grows when something belongs in it, not when it's time for a launch.

What we hold to

These aren't slogans. They're the four questions we ask before a product makes the cut.

01 / 04

Made by hand

Every product is shaped by someone — not a machine. The marks left behind are the proof.

02 / 04

Quietly considered

We don't release new things just to release new things. A piece earns its place in the collection.

03 / 04

Built to last

We work with materials, methods, and partners that hold up. The opposite of disposable.

04 / 04

Honest in trade

Fair prices for the makers, fair prices for you. No middle markup that doesn't earn its keep.
